I use my energy experiences and wisdom to show people what’s possible in their lives. As an energy influencer, I work with energy to create beauty, harmony and peace for themselves, others, and spaces. 

I define energy as the emotions, sensations and thoughts, the “sizzle” behind everything you are and do. The infinite states of consciousness that we can inhabit are energy. When you understand how to conduct energy in your body, mind and soul, you wield unlimited power to create your dream reality.

When people refer to “vibes” what they’re really talking about is energy (even if they don't know that). 

All of my classes teach people how to direct energy in their lives in a simple way that connects them with their highest selves so we all can flourish together.
